Sara @ St John’s is York’s first Dining Club: set in the heart of the city with ample public parking next door, the dining club provides an unforgettable experience with food served in the relaxed setting of our beautiful Victorian house against the backdrop of York Minster.

Menus are set (but please tell us about serious allergies) and sent out a couple of days before your date. Here, you will be looked after in a very personal way: Sara in her open plan kitchen and David as front of house.
You will experience great attention to detail from tableware to food and a complete absence of formality; there will be no rushing so please don’t expect to be out of here swiftly: the table will be yours for the evening: sit back, enjoy the food, the music and the charming and warm atmosphere that creates an evening like no other.
