Fine dining isn’t just for restaurants and dining clubs. I am passionate about sharing my love for stylish, delicious food with others.
The classes are taught at two stunning, intimate locations: the St Johns Dining club and in the Catton Hall Estate in South Derbyshire for the Seasoned cookery school. My cookery courses teach techniques that are part of my heritage, those I have learnt on MasterChef and the skills I am putting into practice in cookery schools and the many demonstrations I am involved with.
